## What we do

- **Commercial 3D property scanning** — We document commercial and industrial buildings with accurate LiDAR scans, dimensionally verifiable 3D models, and 360° visual records.
- **Located asset inventory** — Major mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment cataloged with exact spatial coordinates, model numbers, and nameplates.
- **As-built floor plans & takeoffs** — Dimensionally accurate floor plans, ceiling heights, and clearance takeoffs derived from true scans rather than legacy architectural drawings.
- **Equipment nameplate photography** — High-resolution photographs of manufacturer plates so serials, models, and electrical ratings are verifiable without an on-site visit.
- **Deferred maintenance baselines** — Visual and spatial records of existing wear and deferred maintenance items across commercial facilities.
- **Vendor handoff packages** — Clear, exportable documentation packages ready to send to bidding contractors before they drive to the property.

## What we do not do

- We are not a commercial building inspection agency. We record what is physically present. We do not pass or fail code compliance, certify engineering systems, or produce lender condition reports.
- We are not an appraisal firm. We do not value property or equipment.
- We do not do general contracting or facility repairs. We document; your chosen trades and facilities contractors perform the work.
- We do not lock your data into a mandatory subscription. Deliverables belong to the owner and continue working independently.

## Availability

Site visits are usually Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Central, booked about two weeks ahead, and take 2 to 4 hours on site.

This is a policy, not a live calendar. There is no calendar an agent can read or write. Put preferred timing in the request.
