The four Cs / Twinsite

Turn site information into working knowledge.

A spatial record can support orientation and handoff. It does not replace inspection, engineering or code review.

01 / Capture

Document the real site.

Gather imagery, scoped measurements and existing plans or equipment records.

02 / Categorize

Index the equipment.

Identify accessible assets, nameplates and locations in a structured registry.

03 / Correlate

Link each source.

Connect the model, photographs and documents to the floor, space and asset they describe.

04 / Comprehend

Use it across teams.

Share a clearer record for planning and vendor handoff, with unknowns visible.

Pricing

Quoted against the actual building.

Price follows three things: the square footage, how much of the property needs documenting in detail, and whether you need it once or on a schedule. Tell us those and we can usually scope it without a site visit.

Professional

QuotedOne-time + optional hosting

Small commercial and multi-unit operators with vendor and tenant turnover.

  • LiDAR capture and a measurable 3D model
  • Browser-based virtual walkthrough
  • Generated floor plans with room labeling
  • Per-asset handoff sheets to send vendors ahead of a visit
  • Periodic refresh available

Enterprise

CustomSetup + recurring, per portfolio

Larger commercial, managed facilities, and multi-building portfolios.

  • Everything in Professional
  • Hidden-space documentation — above ceilings, behind panels
  • Thermal imaging for pipe runs, leaks and electrical hotspots
  • Portfolio-wide search across every building
  • A living record that updates as service happens

Smaller single properties are usually better served by our residential arm, Twinstead, which starts at $499. We will say so rather than sell you a tier you do not need.

The Avodas flagships

A clearer record. A better next step.

Twinstead documents homes, Twinsite documents commercial buildings, and Handiwork handles separately requested technology projects.

Scope, independence and what we do not provide

Honestly

What this is not.

Worth saying plainly, because these are the things people assume.

  • Not an inspectionWe record what is there. We do not certify, pass, fail, or issue an opinion on whether something meets code.
  • Not an appraisal or a valuationThe record tells you what you have. It does not tell you what it is worth.
  • We never fix what we foundIf one of our products documents or verifies a problem, no part of Avodas does that repair: not Handiwork, and not anyone who pays us for the introduction. You get the finding, and you choose who fixes it.
  • Not a subscription you loseThe record is exportable in full. If you stop working with us, you keep it.

People do ask us for those. Ask anyway — if we cannot do it, we usually know who can, and saying so costs us nothing.

Next step

Tell us about the site.

Where it is, roughly how big, and what decision is waiting on it. We will tell you what it would cost and what you would get.

Describe the building type, approximate size, accessible areas and the decision or vendor handoff the record should support.
